Training Objective

Provide an overview of the InfinityQS ProFicient software and equip users with its essential functionalities. The course focuses on fundamental settings for data collection and analysis, enabling participants to create and manage projects, configure control charts, generate reports, and use the system’s main tools.

Target audience

Supervisors, analysts, quality technicians, and managers beginning use of InfinityQS ProFicient, responsible for basic administration and operation.

  • Overview and Organizational Logic of InfinityQS ProFicient
    • Relationship between product, process, test, and characteristic.
  • Database Item Registration
    • Adding products, processes, tests, and characteristics.
    • Defining constraints and relationships.
  • System Security
    • Configuring organizational hierarchy.
    • User creation and assignment of security levels.
  • Project Creation and Management
    • Project setup and default data-entry configurations.
    • Manual addition of measurements and use of basic formulas.
  • Chart Creation and Configuration
    • Variable charts (X‑bar‑R, X Individual‑MR).
    • Attribute charts (c, u, p, np).
    • Processing options, layout, and template creation.
  • Additional Settings
    • Control and specification limits and alarm rules.
    • Toolbar customization.
    • Associating special causes and corrective actions to events.
  • Analysis and Reporting Tools
    • Analysis Tools: box‑plots, Pareto (data and events), capability analysis.
    • Management reports: Cpk, SPC Monitor, event report.
  • Import and Services Tools
    • Use of the data and item import tool (Import Utility).
    • Instrument server configuration.
    • Configuring e-mail sending and the Dynamic Scheduler.
